1 General Terms

By accessing the takbet platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between takbet and the user. Please read this page carefully in full before you start using the platform.

These terms are made for users in Bangladesh. All takbet services — sports betting, casino games, live casino and other features — are governed by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service.

2 Account Registration

A personal account is required to use services on takbet. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and complete.
• To change personal information after the account has been created, you must contact the support team.
• takbet may request additional information or documents for verification at any time.
• Registering with false information may result in the account and any funds held in it being forfeited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Users must be at least 21 years old to take part in any casino or betting activity on takbet. Even if age is declared at registration, takbet may request official identification documents at any stage.

Accepted Types of Identification

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence (government-issued card with photo)

Until verification is complete, access to deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims may be temporarily limited. If a person under 21 creates an account, that account will be closed and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Account Security

Keeping your login details — username and password — completely confidential is your own responsibility. takbet will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat.

• Do not let anyone else use your account — placing bets on behalf of another person is also prohibited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on takbet are processed through Bangladesh's mobile financial services. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Deposits usually take a few minutes to appear in your account.
• Only deposit from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account will be subject to verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• A standard withdrawal takes between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawal requests will be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
• takbet reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if identity verification is incomplete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at takbet, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonus Calculation Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500. Total wagering required before withdrawal: ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus applies to one account only and may be claimed once. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• takbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus in cases of suspected abuse.
• Weekly cashback rates differ across the VIP Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers and are paid under the specific conditions of each tier.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when taking part in sports betting and casino games on takbet:

• Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless takbet cancels it for a specific reason.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, takbet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If match fixing or manipulation is proven, all bets on that event will be cancelled.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by takbet and may change from time to time.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for casino games is shown within the game and represents a long-term average, not a guaranteed outcome for any single session.
• The final decision on accepting or rejecting a bet rests with the takbet platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the takbet platform. Breaching these rules may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Transferring account ownership to another person or operating someone else's account yourself.
• Using betting software, bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing promotions or the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (bonus abuse).
• Harassing, threatening or behaving improperly towards other users.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

takbet may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or age confirmation.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request to close the account.
• In accordance with legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

If an account is closed, you may contact the support team regarding the return of any legitimate balance; however, takbet reserves the right to forfeit funds in cases involving prohibited activities.

10 Limitation of Liability

Every effort is made to keep the takbet platform operational. However, takbet's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue with a third party.
• If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyber attacks or causes beyond takbet's control.
• Technical errors caused by third-party software or game providers.

Betting is a financial risk activity. Be aware of not wagering beyond your means.

11 Privacy of Personal Information

By using takbet services, you are also considered to have agreed to that policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

takbet believes that betting and gaming should be enjoyed purely for entertainment and with awareness. The platform is for people aged 21 and above only.

14 Dispute Resolution

Dispute Submission Process

• When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, the date, the amount and a description of the incident.
• The support team will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the option to escalate to the senior team.
• takbet's final decision will be considered binding.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the bet result being announced. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
